Greetings!! I am originally from California and relocated to SWFL in 2009 due to a job transfer for my husband. Hesitant as to what the future was to be for us in another state, we quickly realized we found our forever home in Cape Coral and embraced the community and surrounding cities of SWFL.
With 10 plus years’ experience as an active realtor in FL I have worked for two large real estate brokerages, sold on an award winning team for Century 21 and for the last 5 years have managed my family’s real estate business.
I understand the local market, communities from golf to gulf waterfront, and property values. Beyond this, I have strong negotiating skills and great relationships with other realtors and professionals in the field. This gives my clients a unique competitive advantage when purchasing or selling their most valuable asset. This can be a challenging process at times. I am actively involved in the community and different pet rescues. In my spare time I enjoy working out at Fit + Fun Gym, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding and hanging out with my crazy Belgian Malanois and Dutch Shepard dogs.
